Come and join these fun and uplifting Group Fitness classes with coach Bekah. Group Fitness classes can be a fun and alternative way to build a fitness community, work together, inspire, motivate and encourage others to work toward their fitness goals. You will develop and strengthen, sculpt and define your bodies, burn fat, and improve your aerobic capacity. Walk away refreshed and proud knowing you nailed your workout for the day, and had a blast doing it with a great community alongside you!
